PARTNER PERKS - ADDITIONAL INFO

EXCLUSIVE PARTNERING BENEFIT:

Clients who agree to exclusive sole use of Legacy Staffing Solutions for a specific staffing modality (i.e. all RNs, all CNAs) within all staffing services offered will receive:
          a. $1000 credit distributed as two (2) $500 credits. One $500 credit to be used toward each of the two (2) quarters following the date of the signed Exclusive Partner Agreement.
         b. $500 contribution to be made at the end of the calendar year to the charity, organization or community event of their choice.

Contribution will be made in the name of the Exclusive Partner facility.

EXCLUSIVE PARTNER AGREEMENT

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PERKS:

To be eligible for Partner Perks all invoices must be in good standing.
Quarters are calendar quarters starting in January (Jan – Mar, Apr– Jun, Jul – Sept, Oct – Dec).
Credits will be applied to the invoices following qualification unless stated otherwise above.
No rollover or retroactive credits will be allowed.
Eligibility, qualification and administration of Partner Perks are determined at the sole discretion of Legacy Staffing Solutions management.
